Before we upgraded our phone system through Kennedy Communications, we used what we referred to in those days as the "Red Neck Intercom System" AKA yelling down the hall, since it was faster and easier than using those old phones. These days I can see all of my employees names right in front of me, who's on a call and tap the button next to the name of the person that I need to reach saving lots of time (and walking).
