Partner Messaging

To record Auto Attendant:

  1. From any extension press Intercom 777 or press a programmed VM button
  2. Enter extension 0#
  3. Enter the system administration (admin) password
  4. Press 9to access the admin menu
  5. Press 3for Automated Attendants
  6. Enter the Auto Attendant number 1-4 (usually 1)
  7. Choose one of the following:
    • Press 1  for Day Menu
    • Press 2  for Night Menu

Note: The following instructions are the same for day and night menus.

 

  1. Press 6 to modify menu.
  2. Press * # to by pass selector code programming
  3. Press 1 to record menu
  4. Press 1 to stop recording
  5. Once the recording is stopped choose:
    • Press 23 to Play back
    • Press * D(3) to Delete
    • Press 21 to Rerecord
    • Press *#to Approve and save 
  6. Press **9 and hang up to exit
