Partner Messaging
To record Auto Attendant:
- From any extension press Intercom 777 or press a programmed VM button
- Enter extension 0#
- Enter the system administration (admin) password
- Press 9to access the admin menu
- Press 3for Automated Attendants
- Enter the Auto Attendant number 1-4 (usually 1)
- Choose one of the following:

- Press 1 for Day Menu
- Press 2 for Night Menu
Note: The following instructions are the same for day and night menus.
- Press 6 to modify menu.
- Press * # to by pass selector code programming
- Press 1 to record menu
- Press 1 to stop recording
- Once the recording is stopped choose:

- Press 23 to Play back
- Press * D(3) to Delete
- Press 21 to Rerecord
- Press *#to Approve and save
- Press **9 and hang up to exit
