Any time I call them for help, they get right back to me with the correct answer. The best part is the support specialists know what they are doing!! I don't have to talk to some nameless faceless person halfway around the world! I get somebody in my back yard that is very easy to understand.  Also they are nice, smart, and always go the extra mile even without you asking. So needless to say, very HAPPY with Kennedy. I have been a customer of theirs for 8 years.
