The fact that we have had our phone system for 10 years speaks for itself.  When we needed to upgrade to more outside phone lines and additional users you made it so easy.  We didn't have to do anything.  All that is great but what really separates you from most people is the customer service.  Several times we have had questions regarding our partner messaging software and your immediate response to our phone calls have been so appreciated.  When I leave a message at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night at any business, a Monday morning call is what I expect in return.  Your quick response (within 30 minutes) has saved us numerous times.  I would recommend Kennedy Communications to anyone who is looking for the whole package, good reliable equipment, superb technical support and great customer service!
