We are constantly striving to provide new and better ways to meet your needs. As you probably know, over the past year we have announced a number of enhancements and tools that provide more value for your maintenance agreement – tools like InSite Knowledge Management, Health Check and Case Status Alerts are available to you at no additional cost because you are a maintenance customer. We have also made a number of investments in processes and operational improvements that have resulted in significant performance improvements.
All of these investments have resulted in some news we are very proud to share: Avaya has received certification under the J.D. Power and Associates Certified Technology Service and Support (CTSS) Program, one of the technology industry’s highest recognitions. This certification acknowledges Avaya for delivering an “Outstanding Customer Service Experience” in North America, a distinction currently held by three other companies. In addition to this prestigious recognition, Avaya has been certified by the Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) for Excellence in Service Operations.
