Allscripts to merge with Eclipsys

Allscripts and Eclipsys have announced they will be merging in a 1.3B deal. This will result in the largest network of clients on one product platform resulting in a single patient record.
We are excited to see that once again Allscripts is proving that they are the market leader in electronic medical records solutions.
