Study shows IP Office has lowest total cost of ownership

Recently the Tolly Group did a study on Avaya IP Office versus Shoretel for a total cost of ownership over 5 years.
The study addressed equipment costs, support costs, and the power requirements for equipment. The results show the IP Office had a lower cost by as much as 25% than the other solution.
